Last Make & Take for the month of May

Thank you Smidapaper for offering us these 5 mins classes for the last few saturdays.

What is a make and take class?? Well they provide all the materials, you make them, and take them home. They are simple and fun projects to make.

This jumbo clip was taught by Cindy.

Jumbo Clips with prima flowers.

So simple to make and yet so adorable.

If only I had learned this earlier, I would have used it for my wedding favors.

To hide the glue, I stuck a button.

These were taught by Sheila (The owner of Smidapaper)

They now temporarily sit at my craft desk until I can find a place to display them.

So cute! I heart pretty stuff!!

Fantastic Saturday

Yeay! My first card making class in Smidapaper taught by Cindy Lee.

I loved it! Had tons of fun.

Started my morning by having breakfast with Josie @ Arathis, Tanjung Bungah. Yummy tosei.

Then we went straight to Smida for our class.

You should have seen the excitement on my face when Cindy showed us the card sample....and its got Hot air Balloons!!!! Woohoooo, I was super excited.

I totally {HEART} hot air balloons. MY new craze.

So after lunch, Cindy suggested and I stop by her place, she wanted to give me some papers. I was like "give"?? She was like yea " I dont use the vintage-y papers, you interested??"

I kept my calm, but I was so excited inside.....like YEAY!! She's gonna give me goodies.

Cindy is such a sweetheart, I've only met her like 2-3 times and she's giving me goodies.

Thank you so much dearie. The papers were Gorgeous!!

These are all Cindy's gorgeous cards, kept nicely in a box...i just ransacked it......going ga-ga over her creation.

Her scraps. And as the saying goes...

"One man's junk is another man's treasure"

We were using it with her Cuttlebug, cutting and embossing.

My own card!!

I cant stop starring at it. LOL!

I made this card few months ago for my husband's birthday. I try to keep it as masculine as possible.....I thought it was just ok, didn't look too great. But Aaron on the other hand loves whatever I make for him...(=

I decided to photograph my card this style, inspired by Cindy's gorgeous card pics.

Well something is wrong with it, seems like im getting a slight headache looking at those repetitive dots....hahhaha... More neutral color perhaps?

My first sketch challenge..

So here's what I created..

My new stamp set by inkadinkadoo (So heart them).

Stamp once on white paper and another on vintage page.

Handmade Scallop flower and pearl stick pin.

I enjoy making my own embellishments...(=

We love her dearly and literally she makes us go Ga-Ga over her.....

I have been super busy the pass 3 weeks and I so so wanted to create something. So I got home close to 12am last night, wash up and straight to my craft table. It took me about 1 hr 15 mins to finish this LO.

So there, a simple LO! TQ design dollies for this cute sketch.
