Workspace Wednesday

Midweek is here. Second day of July. :)

Today I am featuring my cute flower palate for my wood veneer embellishment. Not too sure if its practical coz, as you can tell, I've ran out of space.

But for the time being im happy with its cuteness....especially the sequin palate. *winks*

Yay! Trying to complete as many spreads as I can before my mini beach getaway for 6 days. Almost a week of Sun & water. Glorious.

Fruitful Monday evening

Was truly happy to get the night off, choir practice cancelled....so this busy girl had a bit of time to herself.

So its goodbye to June & Hello July. 2nd half of the year friends, that's crazy! No kidding, christmas is coming soon. Insane! 

So lately I've discovered that it is possible for me to have Pasta 2-3 nights a week. Home made that is. I usually do not have a particular recipe, more like I check out whats in my fridge & just whip up something. MY fridge is kinda empty at the moment, I found one carrot, thats all. haha. So decided to try that with some sausages. Turned out pretty yummy.

I realized that I've not been creating much LO, up to date only 3. Found this photo which I printed of my friends months ago and decided to use it. Due to lack of supplies, I wanted to keep everything simple. There is something catchy with the minimalist approach, so no complains of limited embellishments. 

Vohla, Titled my LO 'Lifetime Jewels'. Simple and to the point. Completed this in 1.5 hrs. Not too bad right?

Added some stitching. I love doing that.

Flair button that says it all.

Yay! So glad I made this LO. Gotta keep my creative muscle moving.

Week 20 Updates

Hello Friends,

Its Monday. M O N D A Y! I wanna be in bed, asleep. ZzzzzZZzzzzz

I have decided to skip Week 18 & 19 for my PL, those are my travel spreads...so I will slowly sort it out, while I catch up with other weeks.

So here's week 20.

Slightly monochromatic to balance the bold photos below.

Added neon orange/pinky washi tape for added interest. I love how it made the whole page pop.

I've got a massive work deadline. Sigh. But my head is spinning crafty ideas.
Seriously, how timely? hahahha. That's life.

Good morning lovely peeps!

Yay. Like finally one layout. My 2nd LO for the year....how lame right.

It almost feels like I've forgotten how to create one, this took me 2 nights to complete. Totally loving this beautiful paper from Dear Lizzy. Simple LO with hidden journalling. :)

Attached a wood veneer to the tag pull out. Kinda cute eh?

I think this is my favorite embellishment on this page. So hipster & cute!

So happy with this LO. Means a lot. This season, am reaping the seeds of obedience. Amazing!

Workspace Wednesday

Yes, welcome to my super messy workspace wednesday. Truth is I cleaned up after this photo was taken...hahaha, eye sore I guess.

I'm pretty sure some of my embellishments are missing or stashed somewhere else where I've forgotten.....that usually happens after a long crafting break. haha. Anyways I have new goodies coming in YAY! Thx to Josie who purchased it for us. :)

Blueberry coco crunch anyone? I've been eating blueberries with everything, trying to finish it before it expires. *hehe* cheers, its a double posting kinda day.

Midweek Updates

How are you doing?

I'm keeping up with Project life pretty well. Only 9 weeks behind now....but im seriously not worried about catching up coz I have so much fun documenting.

Given a chance, I would love to craft, blog, surf whole day long...but unfortunately the time is not now. Anyways...

Week 16 completed!

My challenge is I have limited supplies of 4x6 cards, making it a tad challenging.

Decided to use this orientation  :)

Simple and to the point. Chipboard & letter stickers are perfect.

Decided to make a card, after a long hiatus of cardmaking. Used some scrap paper from Maggie Holmes, added a layered tag from MME (Old collection), add in some gems & stickles and simple card is created. Need to brush up on cardmaking, a lil bit on the rusty side. hahahah 

Anyways wishing you sunshine to a few more working days. :)

Mid June

I need time to slow down just a tad bit...

Mid June?? Like seriously?

Im officially 10 weeks behind Project life....hahahha...I'm still loving the minimalist approach. Simple is pleasing to the eye and soul. hahah.

So week 15 Spread1:

A beautiful, tiring, crazy trip 2 nights 1 day trip to KL to participate in Jesus Culture session & worship night. God is indeed so faithful to us. 

Spread 2: Loving this chipboard, fitted so perfectly for this experience. This worship team is indeed my style, and I love how spontaneous they are.

Ps. Banning, so practical and dynamic.

I am so so thankful for this experience. We stood so close to them, we were so inspired, God's presence and anointing was so strong. As a worship leader myself, I am very must inspired by Kim Walker-Smith. Her passion for worship is so sincere and genuine. A simple desire from the heart is met. You proved to me that you listen to every desires of my heart and you fulfill them. Oh joy, what a faithful God you are. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

This spread was heavy loaded with photos, and the midnight core kit was perfect for this busy page. *LOVES*

Oh Wow, I've not blogged for more than a month. Yes I have been busy busy...

But am now back, and slowly getting back on PL.

Good Morning!

It is 3rd of Apr today. 4th month into the year already. I still think its coming too fast. But here's some highlights of March captured thru my phone.

Workspace Wednesday

Hello Friends,

A brand new week for workspace wednesday. 

Today I introduce my PL stamp basket. It sits on my shelf but when I'm using, it sits on my desk. Small enough be a nomad. *winks*

Loving this cute lil basket, I bought 4 of it...kept one for myself and gave the others away for christmas. 

These are my frequently used stamps for PL, the rest are tucked away in the drawers. I should sort those out soon yea?!

I dont have many, just a few which I reuse over and over again. :)

Project Life Updates

Good Morning friends,

Last night, I spent about 2 hrs in my space, piecing together 2 spreads.

Today is bad lighting day, it was raining very heavily this morning and practically no sunlight.

Spread1: Very busy photos with a lot of people & colors, so I decided to turn it to B&W

I think its a tad too colorful... but I decided to just stick with it...

Spread2: I'm quite liking the navy & yellow. Just keeping this spread simple with few photos.

What a cute wood veneer...

Captured a simple reminder on week 12 and thought I should highlight it, so it it got a whole pocket to it. :)
